Purwokerto – Kelompok Studi Ekonomi Islam (KSEI) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam (FEBI) UIN SAIZU Purwokerto mengadakan KSEI Youth Inovation Festival 2022. Acara ini merupakan event besar dalam kepengurusan KSEI 2022 dengan empat rangkian acara inti yaitu seminar nasional, mini bazar, lomba-lomba, dan bedah buku dengan mengusung tema unggulan “The Role of the Rising Generation as National Economic Recovery Catalyst in Indonesia.”
Acara webinar dihari pertama berjalan sangat meriah yang dihadiri oleh lebih dari 150 peserta dengan mendatangkan dua orang pemateri dari segi akademisi dan praktisi yaitu M. Arif Mahfudin, Ss.Si, dan Dr. Tofan Aldin Syah, S.E, M.E dan dihadiri oleh beberapa tamu undangan seperti Wakil Dekan, Pembina KSEI FEBI UIN SAIZU Purwokerto, alumni KSEI, serta MPK. Selain webinar, acara dihari pertama juga dimeriahkan oleh mini bazar yang melibatkan organisasi mahasiswa daerah (ORMADA), Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM), dan Komunitas.
Anung Galih Sutanto selaku Presiden KSEI menuturkan bahwa KSEI YIF merupakan salah satu event besar ditahun ini dan rencananya akan dipatenkan untuk kepengurusan selanjutnya.
“YIF merupakan salah satu program kerja yang diusung oleh tiga department di kepengurusan tahun ini yaitu department Research and Development (RnD), department Effort, dan department Knowledge”, katanya
Selanjutnya penuturan dari ketua panitia KSEI YIF 2022 Dwi Bagas Yudhistira mengatakan bahwa “KSEI YIF 2022 ini diselenggarakan dalam rangka memeberikan wadah bagi anak millennial untuk mengembangkan kreativitasnya baik dalam bidang kewirausahaan maupun intelektual dengan persiapan acara dilakukan selama 2 bulan lebih”, tambahnya.
Pelaksanaan dihari kedua juga tidak kalah meriah karena terdapat final Bussines Plan Competition, Debate Competition, dan Lomba Karya Tulis Ilmiah yang diikuti oleh berbagai universitas seperti Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED), Universitas Negeri Malang (UNM), UIN Sunan Kalijaga, UIN Salatiga, Universitas sebelas Maret, Universitas Diponegoro, dan IAIN Pare-Pare Sulawesi. Semua peserta datang langsung ke Kampus UIN SAIZU Purwokerto. Pelaksanaan final lomba debat di hall perpus UIN dengan mendatangkan tiga juri, sedangkan final bussines plan dan LKTI di Gedung FEBI dengan masing-masing mendatangkan 2 juri baik dari praktisi dan akademisi.
Selanjutnya, acara dihari terakhir yaitu bedah buku dan mini bazar. Acara bedah buku dihadiri oleh seorang penulis buku berjudul “The Psychology of the Money” yaitu Muhammad Syah Fibrika Ramadhan, M.E. Acara ini berlangsung dengan sangat meriah karena dilengkapi dengan mini bazar dan perform dari beberapa mahasiswa dan ormada. Dihari ketiga ini dihadiri oleh lebih dari 150 peserta baik dari mahasiswa UIN SAIZU maupun dari peserta lomba universitas lain. 
Alhamdulillah acara KSEI YIF 2022 ini mendapat respon positif baik dari berbagai pihak baik pihak kampus maupun dari pihak luar sebagai tamu undangan. KSEI FEBI UIN SAIZU Purwokerto akan selalu mengupayakan yang terbaik untuk event besar selanjutnya.
